General terms of sale

The service

Album Fête lets an organiser create a shared photo album for a party. Guests send their photos to it by scanning a QR code, without creating an account.

Creating an album is free and lets you receive up to 10 photos. Unlocking the album, which is paid for, removes this limit.

Price

Unlocking an album costs €19, all taxes included. It is a single payment, per album, with no subscription and no automatic renewal.

Payment

Payment is made by bank card on a secure page provided by Stripe. Your card details are processed by Stripe: we do not receive them and do not keep them.

Provision of the service

The album is unlocked as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds. The album management page shows it.

How long the album is kept

The album and its photos remain accessible for 6 months after the date of the party, or after the album was created if that is later. After that period, they are permanently deleted. Download your photos before then from the management page.

Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the payment to change your mind, without having to give a reason. To exercise this right, write to pace.gregory@orange.fr giving the name of your album. You will be refunded within 14 days of your request, to the card used for the payment. The album then goes back to the limit of 10 photos.

Your commitments

As the organiser, you are responsible for the album you create. You undertake to inform your guests that their photos will be visible to anyone who has the album link, and to delete any photo that a person shown in it asks you to remove.

Photos that break the law are prohibited. We may delete unlawful content or close an album that is being misused.

Availability

We do what is necessary to keep the service accessible, but cannot guarantee permanent availability. We advise you to download your photos after the party: the album is not a backup service.

These terms are governed by French law.
